AR Connection Games Night

Step out of your usual rhythm and into an evening of Authentic Relating in English, hosted by Autenttiset in Helsinki.

The night is guided by Raj, who will lead interactive exercises that invite presence, honesty, and real contact — both with yourself and with others in the room.

Through a combination of paired, small-group, and full-group activities, we’ll create a shared space to pause, listen, and respond more consciously. The intention is not performance or “doing it right,” but noticing what’s alive and practicing empathy, clarity, and mutual understanding.

No previous experience with Authentic Relating is needed. If you’re curious about connection and open exploration, you’re already qualified. 📅 When: Wed 4.2. 18-21
