Joanna and Noora facilitate this evening of carefully curated set of games that support meaningful connection and conscious relating to oneself and others. Be prepared for 1:1 & small group reflections as well as fun whole group exercises spiced with a generous dash of somatic mindfulness (in other words: experiencing yourself experiencing the experience) - a recipe that may result in you feeling thoroughly met.
