Autenttiset warmly welcomes You to an English edition of an Authentic Relating Games Night in Helsinki!
During this games night Anna & Iida will facilitate a set of games that support meaningful connection and conscious relating to oneself and others.
We will be using both small group reflections and whole group exercises to allow ourselves to slow down from day to day schedules and merge into a collective field with other participants. This might facilitate a deeper understanding of yourself, train your abilities for empathy and being deeply seen & heard by others! <3
