Autenttiset warmly welcomes you to an evening full of fun relational exercises as we offer a (still) rare occasion to practice Authentic Relating in Helsinki in English!

To make things even juicier our focus point this evening is embodiment. How does it truly FEEL like to be you, in your body, in this relational context, right now? Can you make space for the wholeness of you unfolding?

We practice things like…

…adjusting consciousness and nervous system, the internal container, to hold the current experience

…bridging polarized experiences to create holistic sense of alignment
